Tbo Tek Limited IPO: Gurugram based TBO Tek Limited established in the year 2006 and is into Technology - Online Travel Booking Applications sector.
Company is promoted by Ankush Nijhawan, Gaurav Bhatnagar, Manish Dhingra, Arjun Nijhawan and LAP Travel Private Limited.. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 51.26%.
TBO Tek Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 1 per share) via initial public offering.
Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 400 crores and an Offer for Sale up to 15,635,996 equity shares Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs (India), JM Financial, Jefferies India have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.
Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 875 to Rs 920 with lot size of 16 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Growth and strengthening of company's platform a) investment in technology and data solutions b) investment in subsidiaries for marketing and team building c) investment in sales and marketing activities., 2) inorganic acquisition opportunities, and 3) General corporate purpose.
IPO Dates:
IPO will open on May 08, 2024 and close on May 08, 2024. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is May 15, 2024
