Bharti Hexacom Limited IPO: New Delhi based Bharti Hexacom Limited established in the year 1995 and is into Telecommunication - Telecom Operator sector.

Company is promoted by Bharti Airte Limited. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 70.%.

Bharti Hexacom Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 5 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Offer for Sale of upto 100,000,000 Equity shares SBI Capital Markets, Axis Capital, BOB Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 542 to Rs 570 with lot size of 26 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) To carry out the Offer for Sale of up to 75,000,000 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholder, constituting 15% of the pre-Offer paid up share capital of our Company; and, 2) achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges. Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer, and all such proceeds will go to the Selling Shareholder..

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on April 03, 2024 and close on April 03, 2024. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is April 12, 2024
