India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited IPO: Gurugram based India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited established in the year 1998 and is into Financial Services - Housing Finance sector.
Company is promoted by Anil Mehta, Westbridge Crossover Fund LLC and Aravali Investment Holdings. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 56.93%.
India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 5 per share) via initial public offering.
Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 1,000 crores and an Offer for Sale up to Rs 800 crores ICICI Securities, Citigroup Global Markets India, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Ambit have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.
Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 469 to Rs 493 with lot size of 30 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is To meet future capital requirements towards onward lending estimated at Rs800 crores, and General corporate purposes.
IPO Dates:
IPO will open on December 13, 2023 and close on December 13, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is December 20, 2023
