Esaf Small Finance Bank Limited IPO: Thrissur based ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited established in the year 2016 and is into Financial Services - Small Finance Bank sector.

Company is promoted by Kadambelil Paul Thomas and ESAF Financial Holdings Pvt Ltd. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 74.43%.

ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR 391 Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 486.74 crores and an Offer for Sale Equity shares aggregating up to Rs142.3 crores. ICICI Securities, DAM Capital Advisors, Nuvama Wealth Management have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed Link Intime (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 57 to Rs 60 with lot size of 250 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is Augmentation of the Bank’s Tier - I capital base to meet the Bank’s future capital requirement..

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on November 03, 2023 and close on November 03, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is November 16, 2023
