Registration and Account Security Inkanidea users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account: 

1. You will not provide any false personal information on Inkanidea, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission. 
2. You will not create more than one personal account. 
3. If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission. 
4. You will not use your personal timeline primarily for your own commercial gain, and will use a Inkanidea Page for such purposes. 
5. You will not use Inkanidea if you are under 13. 
6. You will not use Inkanidea if you are a convicted sex offender. 
7. You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date. 
8. You will not share your password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. 
9. You will not transfer your account (including any Page or application you administer) to anyone without first getting our written permission. 
10. If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).

You will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions. 9. You will follow our Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws if you publicize or offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes (“promotion”) on Inkanidea. 10. You will not use Inkanidea to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory. 11. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Inkanidea, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Inkanidea functionality. 12. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies. Confidentiality We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. Disclaimer Exclusions and Limitations The information on this web site is provided on an 'as is' basis. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by inkanidea and its employees Sharing Your Content and Information You own all of the content and information you post on inkanidea, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. In addition: 1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with inkanidea. This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. 2. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others). 3. When you use an application, the application may ask for your permission to access your content and information as well as content and information that others have shared with you. We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information. 4. When you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of inkanidea, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you 5. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about inkanidea, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them). Payment Cash or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or BACS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. [Amend as appropriate] Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future cash transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full. Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. We reserve the right to levy a 500 Rs charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses. In case of any post which is not relevant to website or not suitable will be removed and that user registration would be cancelled Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded. Availability Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site.
