JSW Cement IPO Update:

Jsw Cement Limited IPO: Mumbai based JSW Cement Limited established in the year 2006 and is into Building Materials - Cement sector.

Company is promoted by Sajjan Jindal, Parth Jindal, Sangita Jindal, Adarsh Advisory Services Private Limited and Sajjan Jindal Family Trust. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 78.61%.

JSW Cement Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR 3,600 Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to Rs. 1600 crores and an Offer for Sale of Equity Shares aggregating Up to Rs 2000 crores. JM Financial, Axis Capital, Citi Global Markets India, DAM Capital Advisors, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities, Jefferies India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, SBI Capital Markets have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 139 to Rs 147 with lot size of 102 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Expansion of Cement Plant at Nagaur, Rajasthan at capex of Rs800 crores, 2) Debt repayment of Rs720 crores, and 3) General corporate purposes.

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on August 07, 2025 and close on August 11, 2025. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is August 14, 2025
