Aadhar Housing Finance IPO Update:

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited IPO: Mumbai based Aadhar Housing Finance Limited established in the year 2010 and is into Financial Services - Housing Finance sector.

Company is promoted by BCP Topco VII Pte. Ltd. (Blackstone Group). Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 98.72%.

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 1000 crores and an Offer for Sale aggregating up to Rs 4000 crores ICICI Securities, Citigroup Global Markets India, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities, SBI Capital Markets have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 300 to Rs 315 with lot size of 47 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) To meet future capital requirements towards onward lending amounting to Rs 750 Cr, and 2) General Corporate Purposes.

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on May 08, 2024 and close on May 08, 2024. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is May 15, 2024
