Motisons Jewellers Limited IPO: Jaipur based Motisons Jewellers Limited established in the year 1997 and is into Consumer - Gems & Jewellery Retail sector.

Company is promoted by Mr. Sandeep Chhabra, Mr. Sanjay Chhabra, Mrs. Namita Chhabra and Mrs. Kajal Chhabra, Moti Lal Sandeep Chhabra HUF, Sandeep Chhabra HUF, Sanjay Chhabra HUF, Motisons Global Private Limited and Motisons Entertainment (India) Private Limited.. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 91.55%.

Motisons Jewellers Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh issue of 3,34,71,000 Equity Shares. Holani Consultants have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 52 to Rs 55 with lot size of 250 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Repayment of existing borrowings Rs. 58 crs, , 2) Funding the working capital requirement Rs. 71 crs, and 3) General corporate purposes.

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on December 18, 2023 and close on December 18, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is December 26, 2023
