DOMS Industries IPO Update:

Doms Industries Limited IPO: Valsad based DOMS Industries Limited established in the year 2006 and is into Consumer - Art and Craft stationery sector.

Company is promoted by FILA, Santosh Rasiklal Raveshia, Sanjay Mansukhlal Rajani, Ketan Mansukhlal Rajani and Chandni Vijay Somaiya. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 100.%.

DOMS Industries Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 350 crores and an Offer for Sale up to Rs. 850 crores. JM Financial, BNP Paribas, ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 750 to Rs 790 with lot size of 18 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Proposing to part finance the cost of establishing a new manufacturing facility to expand its production capabilities for a wide range of writing instruments, water colour pens, markers and highlighters, at Valsad (Gujarat) at cost of around Rs. 280 crores, and 2) General corporate purposes.

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on December 13, 2023 and close on December 13, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is December 20, 2023
