Blue Jet Healthcare Limited IPO: Navi Mumbai based Blue Jet Healthcare Limited established in the year 1968 and is into Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals - Pharmaceutical Intermediate sector.

Company is promoted by Akshay Bansarilal Arora, Shiven Akshay Arora and Archana Akshay Arora. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 99.99%.

Blue Jet Healthcare Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR 840 Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 2 per share) via initial public offering.

. Kotak Mahindra Capital, ICICI Securities, J.P.Morgan have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed Link Intime (India) Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 329 to Rs 346 with lot size of 43 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer. Since this is an Offer for Sale, the objects of the Offer are to (i) achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges; and (ii) carry out the Offer for Sale of up to 21,683,178 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders..

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on October 25, 2023 and close on October 25, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is November 06, 2023
