Samhi Hotels Limited IPO: Gurugram based Samhi Hotels Limited established in the year 2010 and is into Consumer Hospitality - Hotels sector.

Samhi Hotels Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR 1,370 Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 1 per share) via initial public offering.

Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue aggregating up to Rs. 1000 crores and an Offer for Sale up to 9,000,000 Equity Shares. JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.

Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 119 to Rs 126 with lot size of 119 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Repayment/ prepayment/ redemption, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed of by the Company and its Subsidiaries including payment of the interest accrued thereon, and General corporate purposes.

IPO Dates:

IPO will open on September 14, 2023 and close on September 14, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is September 27, 2023
