Plaza Wires Limited IPO: Delhi based Plaza Wires Limited established in the year 2006 and is into Consumer - FMEG - Wires and Cables sector.
Company is promoted by Sanjay Gupta and Sonia Gupta. Pre-Offer Promoter and Promoter group stake in the company is 100.%.
Plaza Wires Limited has filed Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for proposed initial public offer (IPO). Total issue size is INR 71 Crores calculated on upper price band (face value of INR 10 per share) via initial public offering.
Initial Public Offer comprising of a Fresh Issue of up to 16,452,000 Equity Shares.. Pantomath Capital Advisors have been appointed as lead merchant bankers for the proposed IPO. It has appointed KFin Technologies Ltd. as Registrar and Share transfer Agent.
Details about upcoming IPO:
As per the details available in RHP, Price band is Rs 51 to Rs 54 with lot size of 277 shares and in multiples thereof. Objects of the issue is 1) Funding the capital expenditure towards setting up of new manufacturing unit for house wires, fire-resistant wires & cables, aluminum cables and solar cables amounting to Rs. 21.62 cr, 2) Funding the working capital requirements of around Rs. 21 cr, and 3) General corporate purposes.
IPO Dates:
IPO will open on September 29, 2023 and close on September 29, 2023. Tentative date of listing on stock exchanges is October 13, 2023
